Q1. What is XP Shares and what is the benefit?

XP Shares is an on-chain, transferrable achievement token (ERC1155) that can be tracked on both your NODO Wallet and connected Web3 wallet for maximum convenience and transparency.

XP Shares enables rewards for depositing, buying shares, and trading prediction markets with friends, allowing for a more interactive and rewarding experience on NODO. XP Shares cannot be obtained through any means other than participating in predictions on NODO with friends; it is not listed or tradable via any exchanges.

Q2. I’ve been using NODO for a while and gained XP from the previous system. How do I convert my XPs to XP Shares?

Currently, you can still view your previous XP balance in My Profile. However, there is no leaderboard or rewards for this old XP anymore. In the next update, you can convert XP into XP Shares to earn rewards. We will keep you updated on this.

Q3. Can I still get XP from daily check-in?

No. We have discontinued XP-based incentives and leaderboards since the launch of the NODO Prediction Market. The new XP Shares system is to replace the old XP system.

Q4. Are there any limitations to getting XP Shares daily or weekly?

Currently, the daily limit for XP Shares is 2,000,000. We will notify you if this limit changes in the future as we monitor platform usage to enhance the user experience for our community.

Q5. When can I redeem XP Shares?

XP Shares is a part of the long-term growth journey of the NODO platform as well as our valued community members. We’ll be able to share with you more details in the future so please stay tuned and keep collecting lots of XP!

Q6. What is the difference between XP Shares and XP?

XP Shares is an upgraded achievement token that will replace our previous XP system. It allows you to earn rewards from taking part in prediction markets through depositing and buying shares. Unlike the previous XP system which only worked for the NODO Feed when you upvote, comment, and share articles. XP Shares is more dynamic and better rewards users for participating in the evolved NODO prediction market platform.

Q7. What’s the conversion rate of XP to XP Shares?

We will announce the details when the conversion feature is implemented soon.

Q8. I’ve played many polls, deposited, and referred friends since months ago, so do I also get XP Shares from those actions?

From now on with the new XP Shares system implemented, you can start XP Shares for depositing, buying shares, and inviting active prediction players to NODO. We greatly appreciate your contributions!

Q9. How can I track the XP Shares earned from my activities?

Currently, you can check the Dashboard for daily XP Shares gains. In the next update, we will implement a detailed My NODO Wallet along with many exciting new XP Shares features, please stay tuned!

Q10. What is the difference between GEMS and XP Shares?

GEMS is a stable currency that can be cashed out as stablecoins on Polygon, Avalanche, and Celo. You can earn GEMS from joining certain NODO campaigns and from a selected few actions on NODO. Meanwhile, XP Shares is an achievement token that cannot be cashed out as any currency but instead used to redeem future token airdrops from NODO. You can earn XP Shares by participating in prediction market activities and discussions daily on NODO.

However, we are exploring the possibility of implementing a new daily check-in system specifically for XP Shares, so please stay tuned for our official announcements.

Q11. Can I use XP Shares to buy shares on prediction polls?

No, you need to use USDT or NODO GEMS to buy shares.

Q12. Can I use XP to pay for transaction fees on NODO?

No, transaction fees on NODO will be deducted from your USDT and GEMS balance.

Q13. Can I buy or trade XP Shares on any exchange?

No, you can only earn XP Shares from using NODO, it cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Q14. What is the conversion rate of XP Shares for the airdrop?

Q15. I deposited AVAX funds via the NODO Wallet page. Why didn’t I get any XP Shares?

Currently, to earn XP Shares and rewards, you need to deposit USDT on the Airdrops page. We plan to support more currencies and deposit methods in the future. Stay tuned!

Q16. Will I get XP Shares if I deposit by buying USDT on OnRamp?

You can still buy USDT on OnRamp to deposit, but please note that XP Shares won’t be awarded for this deposit method. We’re working on adding more currencies and deposit methods soon, so stay tuned!
