FAQ
1. Why do you only accept a limited number of email domains?
To eliminate spam and ensure a high-quality ecosystem experience, we are only accepting well-known, verified email domains.
2. I signed up previously using an email domain not from the list, and got the welcome bonus GEMS but lost it in my first prediction. How do I make sure my account wonβt be banned?
You can join our available campaigns to win more GEMS and also join prediction polls using USDT to build up your balance. You can also link a verified phone number or crypto wallet address to your account to make sure it remains eligible.
3. Can you clarify what qualifies as βa valid wallet addressβ or βa valid phone numberβ?
A valid wallet address is a wallet that successfully signed the approval to connect the wallet to your NODO account. A valid phone number is a number that was successfully verified via OTP to be linked to your NODO account.
4. If I believe my account was wrongly suspended, what kind of proof do I need to provide for the appeal?
Here are a few examples of the kinds of proof you can provide for the account appeal:
The transaction IDs of any activity you made on NODO (deposits made, shares bought, etc.)
The phone number you were trying to link to your NODO account that failed the OTP verification so we can troubleshoot if needed
