1.Is NODO AI Vaults and the business in closure?

No. NODO as a company remains active as the foundational developer resource, and NODO is in active business and product development for new opportunities, and is currently in stealth mode. More updates will be shared by Q1 2026.

2. Is my money safe?

Yes. All user funds are fully secure and fully withdrawable. The protocol continues to operate in a controlled transition state with heightened safeguards.

3.How long do I have to withdraw?

As a user, you can withdraw at any time for all active vaults on the NODO website until December 26, 2025, 02:00 UTC. Withdrawals are subject to the vault’s cooldown period and can vary up to 2 hours on the same day.

After this date, users can manually email [email protected] for extended support until March 1, 2026, 02:00 UTC. NODO Customer Support will validate your account balance, request period and all requests will be processed within five working days.

4.Will deposits still be allowed?

We encourage users to manually withdraw until December 26, 02:00 UTC. After this period, the Vault will operate in withdrawal-only mode. We encourage users not to deposit during period. However, all smart contract functionalities including withdrawals, deposits will remain fully functional until December 26th 02:00 UTC.

5.Will yields and rewards continue?

Active yield generation has ceased during the transition period. Your balances remain safe; however, new rewards will not be accrued.

6.What if I encounter problems withdrawing?

Our support team will remain live throughout the transition period. If you have issues:

• Provide your wallet address • Provide a transaction hash if applicable • Describe the issue clearly

7.What happens if I do not withdraw by 26 December 02:00 UTC?

Users will be able to request manual withdrawals via contacting Customer Support: [email protected] until March 1st 2026 02:00 UTC. We will continue to remind users regularly and monitor vault balances. In the event of unclaimed funds after the deadline, we will:

• Continue to support claims where technically possible

• Publish guidance on how to withdraw directly from the smart contract

Our goal remains 100% successful user withdrawals.

8.Is Momentum affected by this transition?

No. We value the relationship with Momentum DEX, and it remains a wholly independent project with its own roadmap. NODO’s transition is entirely due to internal strategic objectives and does not impact our partners.

9.Will the website remain operational?

Yes, with changes over time:

• Full functionality now limited to withdrawals only • A simplified interface will remain available during the wind-down • A static informational page will replace the interface after closure

We will communicate each step clearly and early.

10.Will NODO come back in the future?

Yes, remain firm believers in the future of agent-driven liquidity management and the critical role AI will play in decentralised finance. We will share further updates soon.

13.Is this transition happening because of a hack or security issue?

No. There were zero technical, smart-contract, or security incidents. This evolution is entirely strategic, and all funds remain fully safe.

14. Is this a rug pull?

No. All withdrawals remain open until 26 December 02:00 UTC, and all user balances which have not been withdrawn will be accessible for manual reconciliation until March 1st 2026. This is a transparent, long-window transition aligned with NODO’s next chapter.

15. Will you compensate for losses after the transition?

We take a snapshot of the user balance by December 26 02:00 UTC per wallet address. Based on this notional USD$ amount, we will reconcile and provide the exact amount owed to users from December 26th 2025 02:00 UTC to March 1st 2026 02:00 UTC. NODO does not engage in yield generation for user balances during this period, and we will only provide the exact snapshot balance. We cannot compensate for market performance, but we guarantee:
