NODO AI Agent Vaults

NODO AI Agent Vaults are the flagship product of the protocol — a decentralized yield infrastructure powered by autonomous agents that operate on-chain market-making strategies.

Built on Sui and initially integrated with the Cetus AMM, these vaults allow users to deposit USDC and receive NDLP tokens in return. NDLP represents a proportional share of the vault’s assets and appreciates as the vault captures trading fees, rewards, and price movement profit.

What sets NODO Vaults apart is the presence of an AI Agent — a real-time execution system that continuously:

  • Monitors price movement, liquidity depth, and volatility

  • Adjusts LP positions based on rebalancing thresholds and hold durations

  • Executes trades only when expected profits exceed gas costs

  • Credits or realizes profit back into the vault and updates the APR

Each strategy (like HFRR-CLMM) is defined by a set of tunable parameters (ΔP_range, δ_trigger, σ_threshold) that the agent uses to deploy and rebalance liquidity in concentrated AMM ranges.

The vault is fully automated but risk-mitigated. Users can withdraw at any time, subject to a 24-hour cooldown, and NDLP tokens dynamically track vault performance via a conversion rate.

In short, NODO AI Vaults abstract away the complexities of high-frequency liquidity provisioning and offer an accessible, composable, and transparent source of passive yield, driven by agents, not guesswork.
