  1. About Us

How NODO Works (High-Level)

Agentic Vaults

Users deposit USDC into smart contract vaults. These vaults are managed by AI agents that automatically deploy capital to DEX pools (like Cetus on Sui) based on pre-programmed strategies. The vault issues NDLP tokens that reflect the user's share of total vault value.

Strategy Lifecycle

  1. Strategy defined (e.g., HFRR-CLMM)

  2. Backtest and parameter optimization

  3. Live deployment via AI agent

  4. Real-time monitoring and adjustment

  5. Profit realization or crediting

  6. Vault APR updated, NDLP value adjusts accordingly

Execution & Performance Feedback Loop

The AI agent constantly:

  • Monitors pool data (price, TVL, volume)

  • Assesses rebalancing thresholds

  • Executes swaps or liquidity actions

  • Tracks realized vs unrealized returns

  • Updates performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
