# Fee Mechanics

## Treasury Routing

The 5% performance fee is routed to a designated Treasury wallet. This wallet may be governed by multisig or DAO in the future, while the remaining 84% is added to the vault as net profit.

## Management Fees

* Currently, none is configured.
* Design allows for configurable fixed-rate management fees in the future (e.g., 1-2% annualized).
* If enabled, this would reduce the net credited amount before the NDLP calculation.
